Shipping costs

At CDI Health, orders of $500 or more qualify for free shipping.
Orders under $500 incur a $35 flat-rate shipping fee.
If premium shipping is available for a specific product, any additional charges will be clearly displayed on the product page and again at checkout before you confirm your order.

Where we ship

CDI Health ships internationally where carrier routes and regulations allow.
From time to time, certain destinations may be temporarily unavailable due to customs requirements, regional restrictions, or service disruptions.
If there is an issue with your delivery location, our team will contact you before processing your order.

Processing and delivery times

Orders placed with CDI Health are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Once dispatched, most deliveries arrive within 7–10 days, although shipping may take up to 21 days depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier schedules.

Reasons an order may be delayed

  • Incomplete or inaccurate checkout information.
  • Incorrect billing details or declined payment authorisation.
  • International transaction blocks placed by your card provider.
  • Insufficient funds at the time of processing.
  • Additional processing time for alternative payment methods, where offered.
  • Carrier delays during peak seasons, holidays, or severe weather conditions.

To avoid disruption, CDI Health recommends placing orders early to maintain an adequate supply.

If your order does not arrive

If your shipment has not arrived within 28 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact CDI Health support.
We will review tracking details and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

This policy does not apply if:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided.
  • The delivery was refused by the recipient.
  • The carrier confirmed delivery but the package was left unattended or not collected after a holding period.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without charge before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you need to cancel, contact CDI Health as soon as possible with your order number.

Returns

Returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the product type and condition.
If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact CDI Health customer support before returning any items.

Refunds and replacements

If there is a confirmed issue with your order, CDI Health may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.
